1. Find the font\u2019s \u201cPostScript Name\u201d\u5148\u5230\u96fb\u8166\u7684\u7cfb\u7d71\u5b57\u578b\u8a2d\u5b9a\u627e\u5230\u6b63\u5f0f\u7684\u300c\u5b57\u578b\u540d\u7a31\u300d\u3002<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The \u201cPostScript Name\u201d is the unique name for a font in your PC. You can find this name in the \u201cControl Panel -> Fonts\u201d in your Windows PC, or the \u201cFont Book\u201d in you Mac. E.g.: If you want to use the famous free font \u201cGenkaimincho\u201d(\u6e90\u754c\u660e\u671d), you can donwload it from it\u2019s official website \u30d5\u30ed\u30c3\u30d7\u30c7\u30b6\u30a4\u30f3<\/a> or \u8c93\u5543\u7db2<\/a>. 7. <\/strong> Modify the Pinyin tone marks\u6539\u9020\u62fc\u97f3\u8072\u8abf<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Pinyin tone marks are using characters from the Unicode block \u201cCombining Diacritical Marks\u201d, e.g.: \u201c\u01ce\u011b\u01d0\u01d2\u01d4\u01da\u201d. However not the characters in this block are not always implemented in most of the fonts. E.g.: the font \u201cGenkaimincho\u201d is a Japanese font that does not include tone mark characters. All the tone marks will becomes blank after the font \u201cGenkaimincho\u201d is applied:\u6f22\u8a9e\u62fc\u97f3\u4f7f\u7528\u82f1\u6587\u5b57\u6bcd\u9802\u7aef\u6709\u7279\u6b8a\u300c\u9644\u52a0\u7b26\u865f\u300d\u7684\u5b57\u5143\u4f86\u6a19\u793a\u8072\u8abf\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u300c\u01ce\u011b\u01d0\u01d2\u01d4\u01da\u300d\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u8f03\u5c11\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u5b57\u578b\u4e26\u4e0d\u6703\u5305\u542b\u9019\u4e9b\u8072\u8abf\u7b26\u865f\u3002 \u4f8b\u5982\u300c\u6e90\u754c\u660e\u671d\u9ad4\u300d\u56e0\u70ba\u662f\u65e5\u672c\u8a2d\u8a08\u7684\u5b57\u578b\uff0c\u8072\u8abf\u7b26\u865f\u5168\u90e8\u5f9e\u7f3a\uff0c\u6703\u9020\u6210\u5982\u4e0b\u7684\u7a7a\u767d\u7f3a\u5b57\uff1a<\/p>\n

Solution 1 : Apply different font to the Pinyin. Solution 2 : Remove tone mark. Before adding the font in ToneOZ, select the option \u201c\u7121\u3000\u62fc\u97f3\u8072\u8abf<\/strong>\u201c. This will replace all the tone marks characters with the basic \u201caeiou\u201d without tone mark.
